We heard the news of users complaining about the touchscreen issues in Galax S24 last week.
Even if some users dodge the touchscreen issues with the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, they still face challenges. Specifically, the camera has its own set of problems.
Many users are experiencing camera problems with the Galaxy S24 Ultra since its release. According to TechRadar, people using Android have noticed issues with the white balance and photos being too bright. They’ve also seen unusual red colors in pictures and lower quality in zoomed-in photos.
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will improve many camera problems in the next "camera firmware update", Including telephoto image quality, inaccurate white balance and abnormal red color.but they have not given an accurate timetable.
I hope they can solve it in April— ICE UNIVERSE (@UniverseIce) April 7, 2024
Samsung insider @UniverseIce has shared news about a future update that aims to fix these problems.
Mashable tested the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and didn’t encounter these issues. Nonetheless, the problem was significant enough for Samsung to release updates to address it, doing so on two previous occasions.
TechRadar states that an update in February made the camera’s shutter speed faster and improved video quality and automatic adjustments for exposure and color.
A later update in March enhanced the camera’s overall performance and ease of use. This most recent update resolved the white balance problems for several users, though not for everyone.
It seems like users of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will find out if the upcoming third update finally resolves the issues.
What we think?
I think Samsung will fix the camera problems in the Galaxy S24 Ultra with the next update. Many users have had trouble with colors and zoom pictures.
Samsung has tried to fix these before. I believe the new update will make the camera better, especially for taking far away pictures and getting colors right. We just have to wait and see when Samsung will release this update.
